By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are automatically added to our mailing list. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website, the products we offer and any promotions. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time then simply email us and let us know you wish to be removed.
We will only collect information that you provide at the time of ordering [in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017].
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order in whole or part. In the event that we need to amend or cancel your order we shall refund you in full for any part of an order not fulfilled.
All orders are subject to availability. Our stock system is 'live' so any order placed will be fulfilled unless there is a discrepancy between the stock shown on our system and the actual physical stock in our store.

We have sought to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, exact colour matches may not be possible with the images provided and occasionally actual colours may differ from what you see on the site. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have received you may exchange or return the shoes in accordance with our policy.
Children’s shoes are not subject to VAT in the UK and so all sales shall be zero rated for VAT/GST.
The prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed by your order and invoice confirmation will not change.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in your payment.
Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received all monies owed by you. All risk of loss or damage shall pass to you upon delivery. In the event of a lost delivery we shall file a claim on your behalf. However, we do not accept responsibility for the loss.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new ones on this website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The customer is liable for the payment of any local taxes, import duties and any other charges which may be levied by any government or statutory agency.
