All payments taken by us using a card will be subject to security checks from the card provider. This is done through a validation process with the issuing card company using comparative information supplied from the customer and the issuing card company. We may also contact you by email or phone to confirm some order information with you. If this is required then we will do this before we pack and dispatch your order.
WHY HAS MY PAYMENT BEEN DECLINED?
We’re sorry your payment has been declined. Payments can sometimes be declined by card providers but the reason for this will not be known to us. Your card provider may be able to provide additional details as to why this has happened if you contact them. You are more than welcome to try an alternative method of payment should you wish.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?
We will send you an email confirming that your children’s shoes have been shipped. Your card will be debited for the items, but it may take up to 10 working days for the order to show on your account. Please note the payee will appear as Sole Mates Ltd on your account.
